The staff at this petco were all so helpful! The store is clean and well stocked. They also accommodated me for a walk-in with my puppy to get his face trimmed. Amber was so patient and wonderful with my dog. Thank you so much guys!!!

Knowledgeable staff, store well merchandised. If they don't carry what your looking for they can get it in. Animals also well taken care of including the fish.

Had a dog collar unused in original packaging picked up and bought a medium instead of small would not swap for lack of receipt even though it was untouched and still in packagingand bought merely days ago.

The tropical fish section used to be decent but now is just pathetic. Some dead and dying fish among the mostly empty tanks combined with inattentive staff make this place a solid pass!

Don’t go to the grooming salon. I had an 8:15 AM appointment this morning and there is no one there and I did not get a message of cancellation and I drove 20 minutes in the rain. I understand there are emergencies, but I left my email address and could have been told of the cancellation. No one picks up on the grooming salon phone. This is why I order pet supplies from chewy because these chain stores are not reliable or well-managed.
