Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. I have had multiple experiences where I arrived at their store to pick up and order and they were extremely hostile and degrading because they didn’t have the orders that were already confirmed for pick up. I will never go back to that store again. Totally incompetent workers with attitudes.

My colleague called me and told me his heater hose broke on his semi. I called here to see if they had a heater hose. I was told yes and that there was a small spot that I could pull my eighteen wheeler in. It was not a big area, and there was a semi in front of me that was making his delivery to Napa. I ran in and to my surprise the gentleman was holding the hose that I needed. I didn't catch his name because it was a little crazy in that area, but on my receipt, it says employee number 42. HUGE shout out to him and his A+++ service. Thank you for the rescue. The other driver is up and running now. I greatly appreciate the small town service!!!

I needed to get a code to find out the reason for my check engine light. The young man at customer service was amazingly responsive and quick to help me even after he helped the guy before me who needed the same thing. I asked about what fuel additive I could use and he recommended Lucas deep clean so I bought some. Guess what? It helped greatly and the check engine light went off. The code was a stuck open manifold and it went off once I used the product. Car had been in storage for 6 months so probably needed it bad! The young man was helpful and knowledgeable giving excellent customer service. Thanks Napa in Great Barrington!

Napa has gotten so much better, I’m not sure who is the manager now but assuming it’s the long haired gentleman he is a great help and a good chat.I didn’t catch his name but he’s the best guy in Napa! Greatly appreciate all the help and great service!

Everytime I've needed a part they are closed. Google says they are open but I've learned from experience to call first. I live in a hilltown and can't drive to a store to find out its not open. When I have been able to get a hold of someone they are condescending to women and "mansplain" my own car to me.

Ordered and paid for a new car battery online on Wednesday for pickup on Friday. Weekend project to replace dying OEM battery. Battery was supposed to be in stock. Showed up at the store Saturday morning and it had been sold to another customer! They said a new one would be available on Monday which was useless. Canceled order and walked out. Very frustrating.
