I am so happy to live near a place like Life Works Studio. The community is uplifting, supportive, and inspired. A great place to keep you grounded with fitness classes, workshops, and support groups. The owner Ilana and teachers are encouraging and amazing.

So I, a completely uncoordinated Tomboy with a blobulous build, tried the belly dancing class tonight. It was AWESOME. I didn't feel made fun of and the class was really inclusive-feeling and cool. Ilana is an awesome teacher.
