As a customer of Kwik Print for many many years. I can say their customer service and the quality of their work exceeds my expectations every time.All projects are done in a timely manner. Normally every project is ordered via online/email and if I have any questions or if Trish would like to make suggestions I welcome them-for she knows what her printers can do better than I do.I was just shocked to read a negative comment, for the writer can’t be more off base. Each and every person and project gets handled with nothing but professionalism.

Although I had some good experiences in the past, particularly associated with larger organizations, I cannot recommend this company. As an independent artist, I reached out through their portal to get some prints of my work. Even though the form asks for information, the staff apparently don't see it or don't care unless you are a larger organization. I was never contacted about questions and they had or when the job was done, though I was aware that somewhere in their system they had my email because I did receive an email that my files were delivered. I called twice to see if my order had been received/was done and both times were brusque and bordering rude ("who even are you?" when asking for my name, "are you sure you meant to contact us?" when describing my work that had been submitted, "I don't know how much it is, that's not my job" after the the second call ensuring that my order was done).Finally, when I went in to pick it up, none of the full size images were cut down (they include crop and bleed marks that were specifically requested online), none were in order as they show up in the document, the paper was simple, slightly heavy printer paper ( even though I had filled the form out to have everything printed as posters), and one image was so badly off on color (yellow and beige for a pink and details blurred so badly).All of the above are things that happen and could have worked with the company in spite of it, if they even dared to be helpful. When bringing the paper quality and color correction concern to Kendall, I was shut down immediately with "I know you think you're busy, but we have so much to do" AND THEN BEGAN LISTING OTHER PROJECTS. When I clarified that I was just asking for help to see what could be done better, Kendall followed up with "well this is what our toner does" and proceeded to followup with how my PINK was just going to come out YELLOW, despite pulling up the original image that is so clearly a solid pink. When I said I was not willing to pay for these, still not bringing up even half the other problems, she said "well, I hope you have better luck at Staples."Completely unprofessional, absolutely no attempt to help. I felt because I was not a large account, they couldn't care less. It would have been SO MUCH EASIER if I had just gotten an email 5 days ago saying that they were not able to fulfill, for whatever reason, rather than going through this circle of bs.Staples would be better both in quality and customer service, which says way too much.

Kwik Print told me via email that they didn’t care about my business because my job was too small.They printed some booklets for me but never contacted me to let me know that they were done. I waited almost two weeks and then I had to reach out to them. Dunno how long they would’ve made me wait if I hadn’t eventually nudged them.Then when I came to pick them up, they were printed wrong (they inserted a random blank page which threw off the design by pushing all the spreads back a page). The employee behind the counter not only refused to help, she wouldn’t even take down my contact info and have someone reach out to me. She insisted that I had to be the one to come back when the employee who did the printing was in because only that employee could address the mistake.When I eventually explained the issue and got them to re-print the booklets, I returned to pick them up and they had misplaced them and it took them almost 30 minutes to find them.I reached out via email to explain my experience and they replied that because my job was small, they didn’t care about the work itself nor my experience with their staff.I have worked in various customer service jobs my whole life, so I know how unpleasant and impatient a lot of customers can be, so I try never to be a “difficult” customer myself. I am always patient and polite when I patronize other businesses and even when I am dissatisfied, I am never hostile. I don’t write mean reviews, especially of local businesses. But from my first interaction with Kwik Print, I felt like they couldn’t care less about me or my business. And in the end, they explicitly told me so.It’s true that my job was a small one, but it was important to me and I paid honest money for it, and to have a business completely ignore, disrespect, and brush me off was a pretty awful experience.
