Everything you would want from a yoga studio, and more. The quality of each class was top notch, while every instructor brought their own unique style to each flow. From day one I was treated like a long standing member at this studio, and you can feel the strong sense of community. If you want to consistently feel challenged, welcomed and inspired in a beautiful space, Greenhouse Yoga is it. Thank you!

The studio was beautiful and inviting. The class was just what my body needed. The slow flow class allowed me to practice at my pace. The teacher was excellent with her cues. I enjoyed the music as well. I was a visitor from out of town, but could feel the community that was cultivated.

Beautiful space. Lots of class offerings. Amazing instruction. Staff, teachers, owners are welcoming and helpful. Community is incredibly friendly and considerate. I love it at Greenhouse Yoga!!?♀️

The class w Cathy was great for me after avoiding inversions due to a concussion. Slower flow worked really well. And the studio felt great. Lovely and uncluttered. Thanks

Kathy was amazing. Her choreography of the lesson was a gentle flow and well guided especially since this was my first class with her. What made the difference for me is that she provided breathing cues which is often not the case in group classes I have attended elsewhere. In addition Kathy was willing to provide individualized feedback as needed to correct a pose. This class was my first group class and Kathy made a difference. Thank you, Kathy. ?

The people make you feel welcome. They start your journey of relaxation with a smile and helpfulness. As I get back into my journey of wellness and may struggle to get there. Their energy and appreciation makes me grateful I came and can then try my best in my practice of yoga. Namaste
