I have been getting birdseed along with other things for years. Last month I got a 20 lb bag that was filled with dust. I tried filtering it to no avail. After feeding the birds and deciding it probably was NOT good for them to eat half seed and half dust I returned it to the store to be told that because it wasn't at least half a bag although pretty darn close, they would NOT refund even partially. They could also see that the bag was filled with dust. Agway in Great Barrington, with that attitude, has lost a very good customer as I will never buy anything there again. Buyer beware!
