They do very good work. I have used the several time to fix minor accidents on my Mercedes. They are reasonable. They are pleasant. They are quick and much easier to work with than the dealer who has a backlog.

Two other body shops told me that I would need a new front bumper , Rick saw it and said he could repair it and he did , saved me $1500 and the bumper looks great also fix rear bumper and detailed my car , I am a very satisfied customer .

They painted my car hood, leaving pock marks. It took an unexpected second visit for sanding and buffing. Also, the side mirrors worked perfectly when car given to Deckers; they did not retract or adjust properly when Deckers returned car. The mirrors needed to be replaced at significant cost. Very disappointed.

Oh, man. If I could only leave ZERO stars, that would still be more than this place deserves.About a year ago, I needed some work done on my wheel bearing/ control arm. Bill set a price, then ended up in hospital. Long story short, after not even going with Bill's price, or making any concessions for the amount of time it took them (days and days) to get someone in who could do the job, I now find out after my control arm failing, that whoever did it, didn't even put in a key part, leading to it failing again and luckily not killing me in the process.Watch out for these people.

This is my first Yelp review, I feel the need to warn people. They were very UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST and RUDE. I brought my car in for a simple side swipe fix. The paint job was awful, there were drips and bubbles. They agreed to repaint it and messed it up again. Someone left a device plugged in under the dash and called me asking for it when I was away overseas. It seemed urgent that they have it, I was away for 10 days, and didn't want to hold up anyone else's car repair, so I had a friend go to my house get extra car keys, drive to the airport and HOUR each way, and then bring it them. They DIDN'T even bother to say THANK YOU. Then when I came back they still hassled me and would not repair the horrible paint job, and still did not Thank me for having my friend get their device. They also charged me twice for labor, and they tried to charge me for replacing a bumper that they didn't replace. I got the money back for the bumper but won't even try for the labor. SO disappointing that this would happen.

I brought my car to Deckers to have several things fixed, I had used them before for a couple minor issues and had no problems. This last time I had several big jobs that needed to be fixed on my car so I assumed that they could handle it. First of all I spent $4000.00 with them and when I got my car back my check engine light came right back on and my Air conditioning still did not work! I reached to Deckers and told them what was going on I was told that they had to fire there mechanic and that they would try to figure something out. Now my car has failed inspection for Emmissions which is what Deckers fixed with my car originally and I have no Air conditioning!! Deckers is ignoring me and when I did get someone on the phone and told him what was going on he was not concerned interested slightest and basically said, "Do whatever you want when I told him that if they didn't fix my car I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau! I don't have another $4000. 00 to spend to have my car fixed right and I'm without an inspection sticker. I dont know what to do and I can't believe that Deckers Auto Body in Great Barrington would do this to someone a single mother with extremely limited resources that trusted them to fix the car right!

I had used Deckers for years. I recently had a dead battery and had the car towed to Deckers. $600 later I had a new battery. Despite being a customer for years I was not allowed to leave the car there for a few days until I came back up to the Berkshires as I was out of town- so for another $100 thy towed the working car to my home. I had just paid $2500 for repairs weeks earlier - including a new alternator. One would think they would check the battery. I went fro a satisfied customer to one who feels totally ripped off and will never do business with them again. Stay away! They are not the place they used to be.

Decker’s Auto Body did a great job with repairs to my van. They were courteous and thorough. We arranged for the body work to be done while I was on vacation and they completed the work ahead of schedule.

Rude beyond belief, especially the girl at the counter. She’s about as intelligent as a brick. She’s insulting and hasn’t a clue what she’s talking about. I swear- she makes it up as she goes along. Took our Subaru here for an accident hatch repair - and after a few weeks of trying hard to get the car in-she even took an attitude with our insurance adjuster -James! LOL- AFTER she was done with him, she called us to tell us to take our business elsewhere? REALLY ? who does that? Something peculiar going on here. Very “suss” Ultimately - don’t bother!
