Cumberland Farms has a policy of keeping its restrooms "Out of Order," at least during holiday weekends. The same issue was at a branch on route 9, five miles south of the I 84 interchange.
A gas station is a public place, and withholding its restroom facilities, particularly on a holiday weekend, is at best careless management, and more likely mendacious

Lady’s at the counter very rude asked two simple questions if they had containers for food they rolled there eyes and said no we don’t second question if they had cups for condiments more eye rolling and said with attitude if we did they would be over there and pointed very horrible customer service if you all don’t like attitude don’t go to this place I come in there a lot normally when I’m in the area for work but I’ll drive a extra 10 mins and go to a better store with better customer service

Having a HUGE ISSUE With listed hrs saying 11pm and store being closed whenever the employee feels like closing for the evening.Tonight when I pulled into the parking lot at 1045pm, your new, extremely rude employee, ran to the door & locked it in my face without explanation or a word. When i asked if i could pleaae purchase a gal of milk she nastily sneered at me and said Nope! Cash register is counted. Then walked away.As a company, if you want to close at 1030,pm 1045pm ect, DO SO.But please! As the only place open, in a minimim 12-15mile radious, PLEASE DONT LIST YOUR HOURS AS 11PM AND THEN ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO CLOSE WHENEVER THEY DANG WELL PLEASE. This is very unprofessional, unreliable, as well utterly inconvenient.As another review above states: the store has been closed at 1030pm, 1050pm, 1045p..... It Literally depends on the mood of whatever employee is working!Night shift pple are counting on your store & the hours posted to get gas to drive to work with. They might be counting on your store to get their lunch & or snack for their long night shift. Dr's and Nurses may be counting on gas or coffee to get them safely home.after a long evening shift at the hospital. One never knows!Tonight, i was completely out of milk after i spilled the last glass. My grandson went to bed without his night time bottle due to your employee closing 12mins early and rudely shutting the door in my face! .People driving through our small town from CT or NY heading to the Ma Pike in Lee, might be counting on your posted hours to get gas, to even be able to make it to the next gas station. Believing yoyr store is open, when indeed your employees closed early, they are now stranded. With no gas available ANYWHERE REMOTELY CLOSE. Had your hours been accurate, they couldve rerouted and hit an open gas station! *AS your store is THE ONLY PLACE OPEN AFTER 830 to get fuel, oil cigettes ect, I have to inform you, this is wrong on so many levels!! ** I've 1st hand witnessed an out of state driver run out of gas 1mile past your store due TO YOUR STORE CLOSING EARLY, & NOT HONORING THE POSTED HOURS.Once you enter this town, low on fuel, there are no other places to get fuel for miles minimim of 15-20 im guessing. THIS IS NOT OK!**Please, Cumberland Farms Corporation, and Local owner, Please Resolve this issue! PLEASE ADJUST YOUR HOURS TO BE ACCURATE. PLEASE MANDATE YOUR EMPLOYEES HONOR THE POSTED HOURS.By all means, Close whenever you'd like. Just please respect the hours that you post as open and stay open during them.There are alot of people depending on your store and the accuracy of doing what you say.Thank you,A long time resident of Great Barrington and a loyal Cumberland Farms Customer.

Was recently 24 hours, but never any coffee after 9pm. Now hours say 11pm close, but doors locked at 10:30.

The store is perfectly fine and Smart Pay is a great product. The store is an example of the national challenge finding staff now. All the signage says it is open 24 hours and it simply isn't. Google Maps now shows it open to midnight and it was closed prior to midnight on a visit in the past 2 days. Clerk told me they are trying to find someone to work the shift. Needs creative solution. 24 hour service is a key element of the draw. Inaccurate signage and internet info will frustrate faithful customers.
