Took 2 days to pack my shipment…never confirmed price of package, when I called to confirm the person who answered was EXTREMELY arrogant- in the end they did not have my code mail address…I rather go to UPS in Pittsfield.

Is Joe old school? Absolutely! From the perspective of one who has hundreds of packages shipped yearly from a variety of shippers, Joe is one of the best and I would highly recommend his services to anyone...especially if it is a high value or delicate item.
