Priya and her staff provide five star customer service, are knowledgeable about all things Verizon and technology, and are very kind. Priya's store offers flexible hours so it's easy to drop by the store before or after work. My Mom and I really appreciate the step by step guidance provided by Priya and her staff to set up our new phones. What could have been a very stressful process was made so much better with Priya's invaluable help. We first went to Priya five years ago and we will definitely be returning to Priya's store for any future Verizon needs.

The store owner, Priya, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always wears a smile. My family have been her loyal customers for over 15 years. She has saved us money on our bill more times than I can remember. I refuse to go to any other Verizon store....I now drive almost 1.5hrs so I only deal with her. I'm always amazed at how she serves multiple customers simultaneously. It's truly impressive.

Tremendous experience upgrading phones today. Priya was most helpful providing options with a new plan and device. I've been with Verizon since 2009 and have been to stores in Cambridge/Hadley/Enfield. This Verizon location in Granby was the best overall experience I have had as a Verizon customer!!
