“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”

It’s kept neat and tidy.
One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. He told me to sit down and take as much time as I needed to feel better. So THANKS AGAIN!”

150 Boston Rd, Springfield“Writing this as I just sent a package today but will update if anything changes.Contrary to other reviews, the staff were extremely nice to me and others around me. I talked to 3 people which consisted of a younger gentleman, the older man and the older woman which were all very helpful and quick with me. I didn't feel like they were racist to me at all and same with the other Hispanic guys that were in front of me as well. I dropped the package off at 5PM and by 7PM it departed the store and USPS was in possession of the item.It seems they are improving their business but the only con that remains is that it's cash only. Otherwise they were good to me.”
“I went in to look for service, there were three people before me. Very attentive, optimal and fast service. If you go on pay days you have to wait longer but no more than 20 minutes in line.”

35 Main St, Belchertown“I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.”

Drive right by the big USPS sign to next intersection take left (Worcester St ?) About quarter of a mile on your left you will see another USPS sign with a fence that you pull up to for them to open.
