“This is by far the nicest post office location I've ever gone to, after living in 5 different states and frequenting many a post office. Staff are kind, patient, and helpful, even around the holiday season when I'm flailing around like a lunatic trying to ship one hundred packages and they find me the cheapest options while also helping me tape things. And in a pandemic, too! Special shoutout to Dan, who I'm always particularly happy to be assisted by whenever I'm in.”
“My mail carrier is wonderful: he sets my packages inside my porch instead of on the outside steps so they don't get wet or stolen. Definitely above and beyond compared to places I've lived in the past.”
“A package I sent to Portland, Oregon, from Portland, Oregon, got sent to Chicopee, MA. I phoned to see what procedures would ensue to get the package back to the right recipient in Portland, OR. The man who helped explain the procedure to me was so helpful and clearly explained to me the return procedure. Thanks!”

“I love love love !!!! This post office? They are open significantly longer and more days of the week than virtually any other office! I have EVERY SINGLE time, been treated with respect! I mail on average, three or 4 packages a week, usually with QR codes, and that requires the counter person to take extra steps and print a label and affix it to the package. Not once has there been a problem with anyone not receiving their package, or any attitude from employees, or anything else that would dissuade me from holding the opinion that it is the best Post office location in the area!! Thank you guys for all that you do and I will definitely be there soon!!”

“I'm shocked by some of these reviews. I have always enjoyed the Hadley post office and have had nothing but good experiences there. I have had good conversations with the clerks and have found them to be very helpful. I live in a big city now and I love coming to the Hadley PO when I visit home because of its friendly, small town feel. Just be polite to them and they will be polite to you!”

“This post office has the nicest customer service! Very helpful and curtious. I’ve never had any issues with anyone here. It’s kept neat and tidy.One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. He told me to sit down and take as much time as I needed to feel better. So THANKS AGAIN!”
“I love the Belchertown post office so much. I use it A LOT, as I have a lot of family members and friends overseas. Plus I love stamps. The people who work there (shoutout to Courtney, Brenda, Sarah, and Paul!) are friendly, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and all around a pleasure to interact with. I read about towns losing post offices and just am *so glad* that Belchertown still has this one. Keep on keeping on, guys.”
“I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!”
“I mean, it's the post office. My expectations were low. But this particular one is open til 5:30, there was no line, and the person who helped me was very friendly and gave me some tape to better secure my labels. Again, on the scale of the post office, this one got a full score.”
“Writing this as I just sent a package today but will update if anything changes.Contrary to other reviews, the staff were extremely nice to me and others around me. I talked to 3 people which consisted of a younger gentleman, the older man and the older woman which were all very helpful and quick with me. I didn't feel like they were racist to me at all and same with the other Hispanic guys that were in front of me as well. I dropped the package off at 5PM and by 7PM it departed the store and USPS was in possession of the item.It seems they are improving their business but the only con that remains is that it's cash only. Otherwise they were good to me.”

“As a truck driver, I can't complain... they won't take you more than an hour before your appointment, but I went back 1 hour earlier and I was out in less than an hour... so it seems that they can be efficient too.
