Knowledgable, professional, and such a decent guy! Peter has helped us out on a couple of occasions with our Hearthstone propane stove issues. Working with him, I not only feel confidence that the problem will be solved but I learn how to think about the stove and try to diagnose issues myself.

Home in Western Massachusetts for a visit, I was present when my parents were experiencing a problem with their gas insert fireplace. Peter returned our late afternoon phone call, and came right out the next morning. The remote was not registering with the receiver, which needed a battery change. Though my parents had already figured that much out, accessing the area was difficult. Instead of just swapping out the batteries, Peter took the time to show us how best to do this, and reviewed how everything-- fireplace and remote-- could be managed. A very decent guy who knows his stuff. We highly recommend him!

Peter does a great job and really tunes up the fire place. He made our flame burn so much brighter and its much more romantic now. I highly recommend PGL for all your hearth needs.
