“A kind young man, Jay Santiago, helped me so much today in the West Springfield store I could not believe it. Another representative, when I walked in your store, listened to my problem and gave me an 800 number and that was about it. Not at all kind or helpful. Just matter-of-fact. No smiles, no reassurance, nothing. I then saw Jay and asked him to help and he was amazing and solved my problem quickly. He called the 800 number for me and gave them all the information and in less than 20 minutes I was all set. He could not have been nicer, and I will forever be indebted to him for such wonderful help and kindness. He thanked me for coming back to T-Mobile as I was a previous customer.”

1420 Boston Rd, Springfield“I'm sharing this because I've had a couple of bad experiences at this store, but it's the closest and pretty well stocked with everything you need, just some people aren't meant to deal with people, BUT, I had the BEST experience today...I had a couple of issues and Tyler was super helpful, informative and even saved me money on my monthly bill by pointing out stuff on my account. Most of the times places want to upsell stuff, this guy saw an opportunity for me to save money and did the right thing.
I left there super happy with today's experience...Thanks again Tyler.”

They helped me find just the right phone for my needs, without at all pressuring me into choosing a more expensive model. They also hooked me up with internet service, which I wasn’t expecting, but am actually really grateful for. It seems to work well in my home and is much less costly than the provider I had previously used. Additionally, I just had a lot of fun with them. Thanks for making it a great visit.”

Never had any problems with the case managers and each one has been incredibly helpful going above and beyond to help me with applications, gathering resources and reaching out to the housing authorities directly to get updates and advocate on my behalf. Granted, all case workers, especially those in the housing sector are overwhelmed with the amount of people needing help with little infrastructure and state funding to help people. Be patient and proactive, things will fall into place eventually.”
“I am so thankful for the employees at this location. I have had so many problems with the online chat and call center service at Xfinity. Making an appointment online is easy and seeing the rep in person is the only way to get your problems solved. I have had to go back several times for different service issues and they correct them every time. Don’t waste your time with the chat robot or the call center, going in person is the way to go for Xfinity.”
“They did what they needed to but the customer service guy was so over his job. He spoke in monotones and seemed annoyed when I didn't understand him. He couldn't answer a question about billing and said I had to call spectrum to ask that.”
“When I entered the store, both young men stood and greeted me. Then Be Haupt helped me decide which phone was best for me. When I picked up the new phone 2 days later he changed everything over for me, cleared my old phone and helped me synch my Apple Watch with my iPhone. Lovely young man. He’s a keeper!”
