The Staff were great. Answered all my questions. I had two storage units.
The hours are from 6 am to 10 pm which is good, especially when moving in or out.
North Grafton is very Central in Massachusetts and very safe.
The bathrooms are clean and accessible.
Having Koopman Lumber next door is a plus
- to buy cold beverages and other supplies.

I was looking for temperature-controlled storage in the area and had visited several competitors before I drove to the Grafton Prime Storage. I’m so glad I did. The area is safe and the facility is well-maintained, inside and out. I was especially impressed by the customer service. Rob gave me a tour, answered all of my questions transparently, and made great recommendations for our needs so that we would get the most bang for our buck. Having a genuinely nice person onsite made going with Prime Storage an easy choice!

I just finished two years of renting with Prime in North Grafton. Great secure location with easy access. I’ve always tried to choose the small business when shopping and Prime is exactly that in the storage game compared to the big guys and the customer service and treatment by Rob and his staff are great examples why you should also chose Prime over the competition.
I will chose Prime in North Grafton next time I’m in need of storage and I know my possessions will be safe and secure and I know that I’ll be treated with respect from Rob and his team.
