I have nothing to say but good things for Collettes! During a big thunderstorm towards the end of June an oak tree fell in our yard and landed on my vehicle- luckily it was deemed repairable. Called my insurance and Collettes was on their shop list. The appraiser came to look at my car and just a few days later Jimmy called me and we scheduled an appointment. I work for insurance so the process comes easier for me however if you don't then that's okay Jimmy is your man! He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and provided me updates each week on my vehicle repair. Not once did I have to call. He was so kind and made sure I was taken care of and also kept the rental company ( I used enterprise) up to date on repair times so I didn't get any calls from them or extra charges. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10 out 10. I hope I don't have to bring my explorer to a body shop again but IF I do I'm calling Collettes.

Highly highly highly recommend!! They are absolutely lovely, friendly, honest people who do business right. I was recommended to this place after experiencing some not so honest mechanics, and they literally blew me away with their amazing customer service, transparent pricing and communication, stellar work, and convenience. They’re very popular, no wonder why, so I recommend calling for appointments. I got my headlight changed here and my brakes repaired, and they have very competitive pricing and quick service. They’ve become my go-to mechanics!

I was very pleased with the work done at this shop. I was rear ended and needed a navigation system, bodywork and paint. Bobby worked with my insurance company making it a seamless transaction for me. I received status updates on the progress via text message and phone calls. The workmanship was excellent quality.
