These guys really care about their business and what they're offering. $10 got me 12 minutes of whatever I wanted for foam / brush / high-pressure / rinse, and they were playing some killer tunes to boot. I had my leased Subaru Ascent cleaned/detailed/touched-up prior to returning it to the dealership, after my 3 boys had their way with it (one of whom decided to engrave his name in the paint with a rock). Grant was not only able to touch up the paint, but provided a complete front to back and interior/exterior service that truly revitalized it. If you’re looking for quality, look no further. He’s also detailed an Indian motorcycle (Vintage Darkhorse) that I had, helped to keep it the head-turner it was. Highly recommended.”

Very professional and patient (thanks Matt) so that you understand the process and all your pricing options. He also listens to make sure all your questions are answered and that any concerns…if any, are addressed. Communication is second to none which extends well after the service. That kind of service doesn’t seem to happen much these days. Office and shop are neat, clean and organized…which says a lot to me. Our new car looks amazing after being Ceramic Coated and looks better and better every day the more we look at it. We are looking forward to many years of the beauty along with the ease of maintenance that ceramic coating offers. Next… will be to tint the front 2 windows. 5 Star service all the way.”

“The service was very nice but the car wash was unable to get the bird poop off my car. We went through twice and it was still stuck. We thought about going again with their satisfaction guarantee but we decided it wasn’t strong enough. We went over to self-service station and were able to remove the bird poop with their washer. I would go back to the self-service station but not sure the drive-thru is strong enough for stuck on dirt/poop.”

He answered all of my questions i had and was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to know all the ins and outs of maintaining and protective vehicle services.When i had reached out to Shawn initially he had gotten back to me that same morning. Scheduling, drop off, and pick up was a breeze. Shawn was always willing to move things around and make adjustments that worked for my schedule. I always felt like i was top priority.I decided to get the oxylwax treatment for under my truck and let me just say, i was extremely impressed. “I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up!”

“Highly recommend the Shrewsbury Scrub A Dub! I’ve had a monthly car wash subscription for over 3 years and it’s worth every penny. I am at the car wash at least once if not twice a week— The unlimited vacuuming is perfect for anyone with who wants to keep their car looking and feeling brand new. This particular location is the only one I go to because Jon and Gavin keep the place running smoothy. The vacuums always work, the trash is emptied several times a day, the grounds are well kept, and they do a great job on washing the car. I have the trucks done about every six weeks and justify the cost against my time and weekly car washes. It comes out way in favor of having Clean Cars do them. And having a brand new car every six weeks is a pretty cool thing.”

“UPDATE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY WASH CLUB: It’s a shame one thing can totally ruin an experience for a car wash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY WASH CLUBS. I cancelled my plan before the end of the month and I’m still getting attempts for $49.99 charges on my account and reaching someone to help get this mess sorted is ridiculous. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Really unfortunate because I did like the services here however, beware of this issue with the billing your account after it’s been cancelled.Great car wash and extremely friendly staff. I have a 4 door Jeep wrangler and most automatic car washes do not rinse the soap off entirely. This automatic wash did. The ultimate wash was the one I chose and can attest to the quality of. They also have free vacuums out front for when you are done.”

I will say, the new one on Park Avenue is a PITA. The scanner never is able to read my sticker, and they have to reach out the window to scan my sticker. Defeats the purpose of being expeditious with modern tech.

“Highly recommend! I brought my car to the Westborough location to see Vito a number of times and each time my vehicle is spotless. He does a thorough job and gets into every nook and cranny when he details a vehicle. I usually get an exterior detail with clay bar to remove the tiny rust spots all over my white jeep. My car is usually in rough shape from the winter and now looks brand new. I’ve been to other detailing places that were cheaper, but the attention to detail was lacking. It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it!! Not only will you not regret it, but I guarantee you’ll be a returning customer. Vito is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. “"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

I came on a Sunday and did not see an attendant; but service is self-evident (several levels to choose from on menu) and simple. Got the basic wash to get bird droppings and tree sap off my car — The machine did a good job on both.”

“If you download the app you will receive free 16.9oz bottle of water ? every day. @ 1 free coffee any size every day as well. My opinion the coffee beans are ground right up close and personal. It's so good that I don't add anything to it.”
