“Diamond Collison Center was so professional, quick and reliable with their services! I originally was trying to go to a different shop but the insurance company had Diamond as a preferred shop so I went with them. I could not be more happy that I couldn’t use the original shop that I wanted to. Diamond contacted me minutes after speaking with the insurance company and had me set up to drop off my car and have Enterprise meet me there for a rental. Diamond text me throughout the entire process letting me know where they were step by step. They were accurate with their estimated time for completion as well. Picking up the car and dropping off the rental was just as easy! The car looked perfect and came with a warranty for their work also! Great establishment with great service! Would recommend 100%!!!”

“Ray's Automotive is the best mechanic I've ever brought my car to. I have an old car and needed a state inspection. They told me straightforward it would not pass but to bring it back in January once it turned 15 years old and could pass even with the check engine light on. I have since brought it back to have work done and they are professional, informative, and very easy to work with. I work in Milford but live in Chesnut Hill so I was provided a loaner as I was told they would need to keep the car and work on it the following day. They are an amazing, honest business and any future work I need done I will take it to Ray's.”

“Just got my car back from Turnpike Autobody.
Dave and co. repaired a gouge in the car by the rear door. It involved filling the gouge and spraying three panels with a three-layer paint job. The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great.
In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed.
I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please.
I would highly recommend Dave and his team for body repair, paintwork, and service.”
“Martin Tire and Auto Repair is located on Park Ave. I stopped in to ck a tire sensor that would not shut off even though my tires were full. I was told the sensor was blown and to pay cash it would be less and take about 15 minutes to fix. Excellent service. Trustworthy & because I just stopped in cold I appreciate that I was taken on the spot. Fair prices and respectful service. Closed on the weekend. I will use this shop for future work when needed.”
“I have a 1999 Suburban I purchased from Arizona with sun damage on the roof, hood, two doors, two fenders and roof rack. The people at Kearns were very friendly, thorough and knowledgable and the work they did is no less than perfect. I was amazed at how well they matched the paint for a 25 year old vehicle (you can't notice a difference) and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any of your body work needs. A+++”

“Stellar customer service, top notch! My truck looks AMAZING! After being rear-ended on the highway, I called Baker Automotive in Worcester. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. It seems my truck also had some serious inspection too, as he laid out the list of what he “checked” for me as well. This company is owned by a husband and wife, and she works long nights weekly at the shop making sure they have every detail of service met. They do! “I BROUGHT IN MY 2021 Ram 1500 after a horrible visit to the dealer over a cylinder misfire and some tail lights that had gone out. The dealer told me that my tail lights were led housings and needed total replacement at a cost of over 1000 dollars along with changing spark plugs and rings to try and resolve the cylinder misfire. Those repairs would cost 1200 on top of the tail lights and I was told might not solve the misfire issue. I decided to go to GL auto at my sisters advice and they fixed a pinhole exhaust leak which solved my engine misfires and determined that the tail lights were not Led and then replaced the bulbs to solve the light issue all for a hell of a lot less time and money. This is the place I will be bringing my cars from this point on. Thanks again!”

“I have nothing to say but good things for Collettes! During a big thunderstorm towards the end of June an oak tree fell in our yard and landed on my vehicle- luckily it was deemed repairable. Called my insurance and Collettes was on their shop list. The appraiser came to look at my car and just a few days later Jimmy called me and we scheduled an appointment. I work for insurance so the process comes easier for me however if you don't then that's okay Jimmy is your man! He worked seamlessly with my insurance company and provided me updates each week on my vehicle repair. Not once did I have to call. He was so kind and made sure I was taken care of and also kept the rental company ( I used enterprise) up to date on repair times so I didn't get any calls from them or extra charges. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10 out 10. I hope I don't have to bring my explorer to a body shop again but IF I do I'm calling Collettes.”
