Prakasa is an amazing place! I have practiced yoga there as well as attended events like kirtan and sound healings. Lynne and George are caring and expert instructors and healers. I always leave feeling blissful and radiant. The studio and property are incredibly beautiful... like none other you have seen. The 12 sided studio building with warm cork flooring is so comfortable and energizing. Prakasa is one of my favorite yoga studios in Western Massachusetts.
