SOME! (not all) of these employees need to work on their customer service and interactions with people, they are very dismissive and not welcoming at all. Just miserable, why work in customer service jobs if you lack human decency and people skills. Makes no sense, do better or work elsewhere

Walgreens Eastern Ave has the friendliness and most helpful staff. Always smiling and asking if you need help before you have to. I don't go to the Walgreens closer to me because their staff is rude and not helpful at all. Thank you to staff on Eastern Ave job well done.

Creepy parking attendant chased my friend and I down the sidewalk telling me to move my car. He had nothing identifying him as the parking attendant, he was wearing jeans and a tshirt. Then he puts a notice on my car saying it is private parking for customers only. We DID buy something even before he approached us. He stood watching us as we went back to my car and left. The lot is NOT posted as private parking only or for customers only. I assumed he stalks people who enter the lot and tries to get their attention by saying it is private parking. I have reported this to Gloucester police.
