I'm new to the area & the Ladies were all so welcoming. They offer you tea or coffee coming in the door. They always make sure you are comfortable & check through your process /treatment to see if you need anything. Their work is absolutely amazing, prices are reasonable & they are the absolute nicest.

Soft Touch as been a good hair salon for me. I've found a stylist who will listen and be accommodating. This as been about my 4th visit. Most stylists seem a bit put off when they know, I have training in hair styling. If I cut my own hair in between making appts.; In the past it's been pointed out where the haircut could be better!! Lia takes most things in stride!!

I came here for a haircut and "eyebrow shaping". I was drawn in by the fact the website advertised eyebrow shaping, I thought it might be threading and not waxing. It was eyebrow waxing and the stylist burnt my face very badly. Under my eyebrow was burned enough I got a blister... Also I got my hair washed and cut. I asked for front bangs and indicated where I would like them to fall. The bangs are cut terribly, it looks like I have a bowl cut! All uneven and just terrible. I didn't even get my hair blown out. All this and a reasonable tip cost me $45. An absolute rip off.
