I brought my car to Norm’s auto for exhaust smell in cabin of my car and loud muffler , and also oil change . Mechanic installed new muffler and Changed the oil . $978.00 later I drove off his lot and can still hear noise and smell exhaust .I brought car back he honored looking at again . Come to find out he never even drove the car to listen and feel how it runs .Brought car back he had it for 2 days ! He did not fix the original problem I brought car in for .Services: Oil change

Baron has kept me on the road for over twenty years, even to the point of finding me a replacement car when Old Nellie went to car heaven. He is an extremely competent, honest-as-the-day-is-long man and I thank my lucky stars for his gracious expertise.

Baron has been my family's mechanic for 30+ years. Years ago, my first brand new car started sounding like the bottom was going to fall out. I took it to Baron and picked it up the next day - cost $27 bucks to screw the carburetor base plate in. Another time, out of town, car died in a blizzard while I was gassing up. Mechanics said it was the alternator. They got it started and I drove back to Gloucester... took it to Baron the neck day for a new alternator - no, he said it was fine. Never replaced or fixed it. Dude is a class act, but nearing retirement age - we need a succession plan! Seriously, I have never had luck with cars, but have always had the best, most honest mechanic there is. I have no fancy cars - never have. Baron is the best.
