“I've been buying grills from Foster's for 20+ years and they have always been nothing short of wonderful! The team there is informative, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond, whether buying a new BBQ or helping me buy replacement parts to fix-up an aging grill (living seaside means a lot of corrosion to manage!). They are always a pleasure to work with! One of these days I'll get my Big Green Egg from them, but until then, I can always count on them to keep me grilling year round!”

“am writing this email to let you know how helpful Will from your Gloucester store was. He went out of his was to make sure the main breaker for my 200 amp service panel was the correct one. I am in Maine and without power because of this needed part that no one up here had in stock. I had a friend in Massachusetts driving to get the part. I told Will he will be cutting it close to get there by 430 closing. Will stated he would wait till my friend got there to pick it up. Even after closing . My daughter and I drove the six hours last night to get the part. Now we have our power back.

Why is Will’s good character so important to me. I lost my wife two years ago. Saturday day is my daughter’s 10th birthday. Her birthday means a-lot to her since losing her mother. Unknowingly we did not have to cancel her party because of Will’s willingness to help me. Character matters . Will has character. Hats off to him.

“I ordered the new fridge on Tuesday, confirmed the delivery date on Wednesday, and the delivery drivers came on time (actually a bit early) on Saturday. The installation was fast and clean. They even reinstalled the doors to swing the way we wanted. This our second time using Doyons, and it's been a good experience both times. We'll certainly look here first for future appliance purchases.”
