I was prepared to spend a good amount of money in this store, but the owner is very rude. I had my dog with me, I asked before entering if it was okay to bring her in the store. She said yes, but watch out for the glass items. There was a guy who walked in at the same time as me, he seemed to be a regular. She was engaged in conversation with him about her heat pump, so I was waiting for her to finish with him . My dog is a young dog. she got excited and bumped the womans hand as she was handing plastic containers to the guy, causing them to fall. They were plastic, nothing harmed, nothing broke, no harm done. She looked at me and rudely said "that is what I'm talking about" and went back to talking to the guy about some problem with her heat pump. If you don't want dogs in your shop, just say no dogs . I would have left her outside while I quickly got what I needed. You lost a customer today. I stopped at another store on my way home and spent the cash that your store would have received. Customer service is everything. If you hadn't been so rude, I probably would have brought my dog out if the store and still made a purchase

This store is very cool.. Stopped in to browse a few minutes before she closed but she gave me so much info in so little time, I can’t wait to come back to make some purchases. Thank you!
