I was referred to DOUGS AUTO BODY by a friend. I was nervous as I had never used them. My experience from the beginning to the end was amazing. They were fair in their quote, they were professional, they fixed my car as quoted and then cleaned my car. I needed them again for another vehicle issue and had to go through my insurance. They understood the entire Insurance process and walked me through it. They went to bat for me with the Insurance company after realizing that there was more damage than the Insurance company had thought. All in all I feel like I have become part of the DOUGS AUTO BODY family. I will always, always use them. Hopefully I will not need them again. LOL. They get the highest rating I can give them.Services: Auto glass repair

I needed to have a dented fender repaired or replaced. I was concerned that the newly painted fender would be obvious. When the job was finished, I was very pleased to see that the new paint was blended so seamlessly into the existing paint. Excellent work!

I needed to have a dented fender repaired or replaced. Doug gave me estimates for both, and I chose to get a new fender. I was concerned that the new paint would be obvious on my 8 year old SUV. When the job was finished, I was very pleased to see that the new paint had been blended into the existing paint so seamlessly. Thank you!

I have used Dougs Auto Body a couple of times for damage repair to my Prius. They are very professional and do a fantastic job, and right on schedule with regard to time estimate in the shop... they handle all the paperwork! Both times the vehicle was returned to me in pristine condition, and show room clean!! Great shop!
