They offer good credit and rates and have all the bells and whistles of a big bank like online banking and bill pay and mobile banking. “Just a tip. If you are looking for their atm late night, it's hard to find. There's a Walmart and Home Depot (I believe) that I pulled over at to look up a map. Luckily a (cute) police officer stopped and explained to me that I needed to go further past Home Depot and when you're at Bed Bath & Beyond, it's almost straight across the parking lot. He was doing his rounds and was heading there and offered for me to follow. I wouldn't have found it, being not from the area.”

“I have been with this bank for years. When I first moved to North Reading over 50 years ago went with Bank of America, hated this bank. Winter Hill has always been helpful whenever I needed them. Tellers are the best. They know who I am and have always been very personable. Always ask about my granddaughter who they watched grow from an infant to a teenager. It's not easy dealing with the public as some people can never be pleased.”
