Unfriendly staff. Slow to assist. Stand at the front chatting between each other instead of acknowledging customers and take their time to finish their discussion before ringing you out. Since the changeover it’s taken 2 days every month to get a prescription filled plus an hour on the phone, usually over 3 or 4 calls, to get a person who can give me a ready time so I can arrange transportation for pick up only to find it’s not ready.
