Visit to Verizon in Gardner was an amazing experience. I switched over 4 lines and added multiple devices and Tyler was very patient and helpful throughout it all! Highly recommend coming to this store!

Came today with my brothers to get new phones and watches. Tyler was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient (we can be a rowdy bunch)! Left a happy customer. Would most certainly recommend verizon in Gardner

Cassie was fantastic to work with today! She very patiently handled multiple questions and addressed not only our main purpose in being there (to purchase), but went above and beyond regarding each line on my plan to ensure that i am receiving the best deal possible. Today, my brother and I had an incredible experience at this location - Verizon in Garner, MA. I had called previously to set up an appointment as I am assisting my brother who has cognitive limitations and was in desperate need for an upgrade of his iPhone. We arrived early but were greeted and taken care of right away by Tyler S. I cannot stress enough how friendly, kind, patient and helpful Tyler was. He went above and beyond and provided superior customer service. I felt like my brother was in good hands and even as other customers entered the store, Tyler kept us abreast of our progress and was always attentive to our needs. I wish I could give Tyler 10 stars - that's how good the experience was and I hope Verizon recognizes him for his incredible job well done.
