We had been with this CPA for over a decade and recently the company changed hands. We had a tax question on a previous year tax submission. The receptionist, a young woman, was condescending, mocking, and insulting. She also laughed at us and our costly tax issue. We have paid quite a bit each year for services and it was very frustrating to have an issue and be treated this poorly. We sought help from another financial group and solved a very costly tax error that we were instructed was “fine” during that tax preparation cycle by Venning. In summary if you would like to pay high fees, have poor quality tax prep, and no subsequent support this is your group.
