I’ll be honest, this review is far under poured. I wish it could be an infinite amount of acknowledgement. What exceptional and patient team members I dealt with last evening at T-Mobile in Gardner Massachusetts. To be frank, the internal team totally let down these team members making them have to call back four different times making a basic upgrade nearly three hours long …I was mindblown at the positive reinforcement and professional behavior of santo and LaurenSanto and Lauren,They are assets to this location and tmobile should be proud to assist them in the start of thier work careers. Their energy and means of ease of a headache situation was impactful. Thankyou

Today I had such a poor interaction with Sara that I walked out of the store. I wanted to move a phone number from an Apple watch to an unlocked iPhone that did not have a plan. The devices were to be on the same, existing account. It seemed a bit tricky, but not a crazy difficult thing to accomplish. In a very condescending tone, Sara first told me that it was not possible, but after explaining a second time what I wanted to do, she came up with a very complicated plan to transfer the number that would involve me having to pay for a second line for 90 days, at which time I could cancel it. This seemed like a convoluted solution and I had several questions. I remained calm and asked extremely clear questions but felt like she was not even listening to me based on the answers she was giving. When I asked to view my account to see how the new line was going to impact my bill, it was discovered that we were actually paying for a watch line we didn't know we had. We asked if she could help figure out why there was an extra line on our account and she was entirely dismissive and rude. It was so shocking, I just took my devices and walked out.Overall, she was condescending, terse, unhelpful and unaware of how Apple watches work. I have been in that store three times in the past year and every employee has been kind, patient and 100% helpful. Sara was none of those things. If I ever need to go into that store and I see her there, I will come back another day.I wound up driving down to the T-mobile at the Whitney Field Mall in Leominster to have this watch-->iphone move handled. There, an extremely friendly employee simply called the customer care line, converted my watch number over to a voice line and then updated the e-sim in the unlocked phone to match the new voice line. It took TEN MINUTES and the phone was receiving calls. The old watch number was instantly removed from the bill and then he spent 5 minutes diagnosing the extra line on our account, figured out why it was there and told us who to call to remove it. It was a an entirely pleasant experience. While we were there, he also told us about the 5G home internet plan and we left the store with a brand new 5G home modem/router.So today, Whitney Field Mall won our business and Sara at the Gardner store made me never want to go back there again.Sorry, Gardner, all of your other employees have been really helpful over the past year.

My Z-Flip was having issues after the screen went dark and thought it was a lost cause. However Lauren helped me out and found a way to transfer my data to another phone without even turning it on. Amazing service and will recommend to my friends and family who also have T-Mobile to come by to Gardner if they ever have any problems with their phones or tablets.

I went into T-Mobile looking for a Sim card for an employee of mine and a Sim card to try out i told T-Mobile service rep that I wanted no Sim card or service connected to my name because They asked for my ID I gave them my ID I found that strange since it was just a Sim card For prepaid monthly service they asked for my social I said I wouldn’t give my social because I didn’t want the account connected to my name but did because I thought it was a new requirement come to find out when they set up the service it was connected to my name and my Social Security number as a T-Mobile account and not a Sim card After hours of communicating with Tmobile, I found out they set me up with a plan They were charging me a ridiculous amount monthly. I told them what my intention was from the beginning first customer service rep told me they would charge me monthly for the one Sim card that I was using $65 a month but would need my card to reactivate service two weeks past they charge me $90 something without my consent. I call back hours of talking with customer service. They told me I was entered into a contract now, i canceled service and they charged me 512.00 and put a derogatory remark on my credit dropping my credit score almost 75 points I would never use Tmobile again I feel like I was tricked into a plan and would not expect a company like Tmobile to provide service so horrible absolute horrible experience. If they ask for an id i I recommend you walk out of there. If your intention is only to grab a prepaid Sim card I feel like they hustled me right into something without realizing it and would not be surprised if I learned that I am not the only one to fall for this I should’ve expected when they asked for my ID and Social Security number that they were setting me up for an actual account. Stupid me for expecting Tmobile representatives to understand what prepaid Sim card means when that’s what you clearly asking for. And when you call up Tmobile and explain to them, what happened you should Be able to expect that you’ll be treated professionally rather than be deceived

I cannot possibly say enough good things about the staff at this store in Gardner Massachusetts.. I am an older individual and I had a phone or rather an account with Verizon wireless for 14 years.. l broke an old phone, which was replaced by Verizon in Athol ma. Problems quickly became apparent with the quoted price per month..One thing led to another and I decided to switch to T-Mobile.. The new phone that I had? Purchased. From the Athol store I could not find the box and as a result of the box not being available they refused to refund any of my $570 for the phone even though it was less than 30 days old.... Not only that to you that's all store refused do identify the manager of their said store nor would the person on the phone identify himself..... Like I said I am not a happy customer of T-Mobile. The staff and his store was very much taken back By how difficult? Verizon. Was?... I was in the store for 2 hours. An ended with a new T-Mobile account and an outstanding bill of $570 for the stupid phone that I'm locked out of and can't use if you read? This. I hope you realize that I'm telling you to go to T-Mobile and to avoid Verizon like the top of your head is on fire.

My very tech illiterate mom was extremely happy with customer service here. She was treated well even though staff were held up 45 mins past closing time.
