From the front desk employee to the mechanics doing the actual oil change and the inspection individual they were professional and courteous explaining everything. I always go to Gardner SpeeDee because of their service always well done.

Please, people, beware!!!! These people are wicked and their rogues.I had my son bring my car in on Saturday because I kept hearing a dragging sound. Come to find out, they told me I needed my back brakes done. That was the sound I was hearing. They also said I needed 2 calipers brakes and brake pads. So I asked the guy out of curiosity how much it would all cost.He told me I was looking at around $ 850. They tried to take advantage of me because they assumed.I was a dumb female. I told them no thank you.Here I am now at Lopez auto on Irving St in Lawrence, ma.I only needed one caliper, not 2 brakes and pads, $400 dollars for everything. These people tried to get me for almost $1000 dollars, so wicked. Never ever ever come here!!!!!!!

Took my Jeep in for AC issues, they told me they fixed it… broke a day later. Took my jeep back, they “fixed” it again and again.. my AC stopped working the next day. So not only did they not fix my car the TWO times I brought it in, but now my car is smoking cause coolant is leaking onto my engine! ?? Thanks so much guys.

Changed oil fine, but had to return the next day because access panel to drain plug was left hanging under car.. guy said sometimes things happen when they get busy.. told him when I came in for oil change there were no other customers.. had 5 guys to work on oil change..no excuse for leaving parts hanging under car.
And inconvenient for customers to have to return due to employee incompitance.

I thought I needed a tuneup. Not being a "car guy" I went to SpeeDee and asked for a tuneup, tire rotation and oil change. I was so very happy when Adam came out of the garage and told me I wasn't even close to needing a tuneup according to my mileage. I appreciate his honesty and resistance to sell me a service. My oil change and rotation were completed in a timely manner. Thank you and I'll definitely be back!

I've been using SpeeDee Oil Change for several years now. Even though there are closer places, the technicians here are very friendly and honest. I had a bulb go out upon inspection and told them I would pay for a replacement. They later told.me it turned back on when they touched it and so they left it alone and removes the replacement charge.
I also appreciate that they don't try to push other services like other places. They don't stand there trying to push new windshield wipers and new cabin filters. If they see an issue, they bring it up and leave it up to you if you want to buy new ones. I never feel pressured into a service that I don't feel I need.
Also, the facility itself is really clean and all staff are very friendly.
