Curtis tried to rob me of $50 this morning while trying to get gas, wasted 20 minutes of my morning trying to tell me I didn’t hand him $50 and I never received an apology after the fact! Kudos to the woman who was managing the store this morning for being so polite and helpful but I would really not recommend spending your money here unless you enjoy low life people like Curtis attempting to rob you ?

I've been a regular customer at this shell station for 2 years now. I had an issue today with a purchase of a bottle of soda and gas. I gave $20 cash to the attendant and had her put the rest on for gas. I should have had $17.56 at the pump. $11.21 is all I got. I went in to question this and she said that her computer shows that nothing was owed to me. No attempt to look at what the pump was showing. My guess is that the wrong amount was keyed in at the register. Simple mistake. Due to no attempt to look at the pump to see the math wasn't working, I'm choosing to never go back to this location.

Frequently pumps do not read credit card and half the time do not provide receipts.

Open 24/7, I called when I had no idea what town I was near, coming off the highway and out if gas, the woman helped me with directions how to get here and was cheery at 2am too! Great service!!

They are not enforcing the mask order. I could not go inside to make my purchases as I watched multiple people walk out without masks.

Poor service from Andrew. Supervisor was barely fair in discussion but clearly advocated for her employee and took his side. Supposed to tell me their policy and express an apology for me (customer) feeling poorly serviced, then to advise the me that they will have a discussion with the employee. That was not the case, will take business elsewhere.

Zero customer service. NEVER has receipts for gas. When, once again, I get no receipt, I press the help button. Then again. Then again. No answer. This is my least favorite gas station ever. I avoid them except for when I'm on empty and then begrudgingly.
