I came by this store this past week eay afternoon bc I was traveling for thanksgiving and needed new wipers, it’s the closest store near my house. I was undecided on which ones I needed or the difference btwn the prices and I walked around and asked three different guys and they completely ignored me. They then huddled together and I just felt uncomfortable… like I didn’t belong In The store. This is not the first time. But it will most definitely be the last.

Worst experience of my life. I asked a blonde woman for help looking for a spark plug and she just walked away without a word back. Will never go here again. Had just moved here from NYC.

Great auto parts store in Gardner. I needed a new battery for my vehicle and Tim at O'Reilly's was great. He went above and beyond. Excellent service. The staff is kind, welcoming to their customers, friendly, knowledgeable. Tim had the battery in stock, took out the old battery, put new one in. I will be returning to O'Reilly's from now on for any auto parts needed for my vehicle. Thank you Tim and staff a job well done!

These guys are the best!!!! The employees are awesome here! They have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I will never go anywhere else for parts again. Awesome auto parts store. It's very neat, organized and the employees there (particularly Tim in our situation) are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond with my helping my mother with her car issues. Can't recommend them enough.

Great service! We needed a few parts to change the brakes on our car and the young man at the register was very helpful in giving us all of our options to get what we need ASAP. He even offered to have us call him if there were any issues with getting it ordered at the next closest location.
