As far as their lumberyard goes they have a pretty good choice of stuff there but as far as hardware and the stuff goes they sell inside the store they’re never stocked they never have anything there shelves are always empty in their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had if you’re in Gardner mass go to makis building supply. You’ll find what you need and you’ll be much happier with the service

The staff is good and know alot but the problem is they close at 1pm on Saturdays and are not open on sundays. It is now 1:10 on a saturday and i have an emergency plumbing issue I need parts for. They are not open so I cant go to there to get what i need. I know they have it but not being open means i have to go to Home Depot or Aubuchons. Need 1 small plumbing part that costs about $3. Home Depot 20 minute drive each way or Aubuchons at $7. I guess I go to Aubuchons.And National Lumber wonders why they only get contractors to come into the store. If they really want the local diy people they need to be open until at least 7pm weekdays and 8-5 Saturdays AND Sundays. If they are only open the hours normal people work then normal people wont go there to purchase anything.
