“I joined Fitness Concepts in 2012 while I was recovering from a tibial stress fracture from long distance road running. I worked with coaches Chris and Matt through the FitEdge program and fell in love with the challenge of building strength and stamina while creating friendships that still are strong today. They really care about the member holistically and continue to build new programs for members to participate in. In the past 11 years of being a part of this community I have become physically stronger and more confident in my everyday activities. They support their members beyond the time spent in the gym. I am proud to be a part of this environment.”

“I visit this gym from out of town and it is hands down my favorite gym that I use. I am a 53 year old recreational power lifter. This gym is super well equipped--4 deadlift platforms, multiple squat racks, GHD, hip thrust machine, belt squat. Lots of toys to choose from. It's a no frills kind of place, but it's CLEAN and super friendly. I wish I could transport it home with me!”

“Not a bad price to go and have some fun $10 for an adult to swim $5 for kids also praised covers if you wanted to use the equipmentHowever when we did go the heater for the pool had been broken previously and the water was extremely cold too cold for me but my nine-year-old son it didn't bother as kids can swim and not be affected by the colder water unlike us older folk LOL”
