What exceptional and patient team members I dealt with last evening at T-Mobile in Gardner Massachusetts. To be frank, the internal team totally let down these team members making them have to call back four different times making a basic upgrade nearly three hours long …I was mindblown at the positive reinforcement and professional behavior of santo and LaurenSanto and Lauren,They are assets to this location and tmobile should be proud to assist them in the start of thier work careers. Their energy and means of ease of a headache situation was impactful. Thankyou”
