This store is SLOW!! Doesn't matter if you go drive thru, in store it sucks!!! They won't tell you if your medicine is out of stock! As a diabetic, I am still waiting a week for medication! I tried calling the store and was left on hold for over 30 min! I drove there (not even 5 min away) just to wait in line and be told my 10/8 refill is still NOT IN STOCK!! Wtf!! I hate CVS!

I am a type one diabetic. They kept all last month they didnt have my insulin and even last night at the drive thru the answer was well if you need it that badly tonight just go drive around and find it i was at half a bottle of insulin. Luckily i was able to find it thru my doctors i am absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and lack of communication by this location they promised us my insulin repeatedly and failed. Didnt have it until after i had gotten it by other means.

They canceled my consultation after I drove an hour there and offered no apology whatsoever. They are a big waste of time and the pharmacists and techs had zero customer service skills. Avoid this location at all costs! They don't have enough employees and the ones who do work there are bitter about it, which I understand, but they're also disrespectful, and I don't understand that.

Have been waiting on hold for 45 minutes for my medicine. Numerous times they tell me they have my type of medicine in stock I go there and they don't actually have it. Times the person on phone is rude. Seems that every time I go into the pharmacy it's always something with them. If I could give them a score of ⅛ I would and that's be generous

The pharmacist was extremely rude to me on two occasions. She was disinterested and hung up the phone.

The pharmacy is not open 24 hours like they say , they are often out of a prescription drug that I have been prescribed, Methylphenidate ,SomeSome other CVS stores have it but the drive is 20 minutes each way , Walmart Pharmacy often has it At first they said the problem was the pandemic , then they said the problem is is that the government limits how much controlled substance can be processed through their store , then they say it's a Manufacturing problem so they remind me like the government that's makes UP whatever story is convenient rather than seriously looking into the problem in my humble opinion

The whole idea of prescription delivery is great, but the CVS app doesn’t recognize my flexible spending card as an actual method of payment. What is the point? Also CVS pharmacy staff are rude and nasty.

This place sucks! They never fill all of your rx’s together after your doctor calls them in. I’m always having to go back there because THEY forgot something. This is the most disorganized pharmacy in town. Their is however a really nice pharmacist who works third shift. I’ve found him to be helpful.

For the most part it's convient if you don't get meds picked up. They don't tell you if they run out of stock of meds until you show up. I had to transfer meds back to CVS Because they transfered all my meds when I only wanted one to pick up somewhere else. Then they made Walgreens do the work of transferring it back. They both told me to talk to each other to get it done. Don't expect your meds to be filled under 45 mins to 2 hours if you call them in. I've showed up many times and came back in an hour. I don't like giving anyone less than 3 stars. So I didn't. I made this review for people should know to ahead and call your meds in from Doctors office. They take days and followups because they don't remember. Otherwise they are busy. But still

Good customer service here. This CVS is a very good pharmacy store, but it also is a store that sells an assortment of household items and various groceries. This CVS on Main Street in Gardner MA is open twenty four hours a day, which is quite convenient. The pharmacy team is always busy working hard, to make sure each prescription is filled correctly and if you have a question about your prescription or need help locating an over the counter medicine they will assist you with that. This CVS pharmacy also has a convenient drive- thru, so that can be extremely helpful.

Went to get rx, placed small box of bandaids on counter to be told that because they are short staffed she can not ring the bandaid box up there, I would need to go to the register at the front for that. Now had she said it nicely, I would not have said anything, however she was extremely rude when she said it, like I was putting her out by putting my box of bandaids on the counter. When she came back with my rx I pointed out that the amount of time she took to explain to me about how short staffed they were and I would need to go to the front to pay for the bandaids she could have just clicked her gun at the bar code that literally takes two seconds. ( I was going to the front of the store anyways to pay for other things my daughter was getting). Have we really become this lazy and rude? Most people coming into the pharmacy are not feeling well anyways and this type of attitude only makes it worse. I get it, you have to work extra to make up for being short staffed. Not the customers fault!

Dropped off prescription, asked price and was told it was free. Said “omg free that’s amazing!” the woman and I laughed about it. When I went to pick up, $65! When I pushed back they ran it again saying “I don’t know why you’d think it’s free this insurance doesn’t do anything for free” like yes I KNOW THAT. Which is why I had wanted to know the PRICE before I made the order! Would never mind paying whatever price insurance dictates, I know that’s not the fault of CVS. But when you’re totally misquoted and then told basically too bad that’s the way it is… idk if you can’t give me an accurate quote I definitely don’t trust you with medication.Store was clean, nobody was rude.
