Owner is very honest and I’m thankful that he is. He easily fixed my iPhone 11 that was having trouble with the charging port. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned from pocket lint. He could’ve charged me a lot of money for replacing the charging port, but he didn’t because he is honest and excellent. Highly recommended!

The best. Patient and informative. When my wife was "graduating" from a flip phone to a smartphone he spent almost an hour explaining the differences advantages and disadvantages of each. Every time I have had to move up HE is the guy I go to for used smartphone purchase and setup. I don't have to pay thousands for a brand new phone... and I am not locked into a long term contract. Phil is the best.

For alot of us baby boomers he's a lifesaver, very and I mean very smart when it comes to anything electronics, shhh he would teach Verizon phone people how to do what he knows but not everything. People if you need help with anything electronic go here.
