Yeah I just went to BP lady did she did hung up on me I called her and asked if I could exchange the Vape pen I bought 10 minutes ago that doesn’t work and she told me no there’s nothing she can do about it so don’t buy anything at that store without checking it before you leave all it does is blink Why they can’t return something you buy the store is beyond me especially if it’s defective so little warning don’t buy anything from there that you might think doesn’t work anything electronic and that’s the one across from the Gardner police station

I stopped going, and I finally figured out why. It's not because of the workers, as they've almost always been friendly and helpful. It's because of the Donuts! I can remember getting Chocolate Covered Donuts with a nice hard Chocolate frosting. NOW, even in the winter cold it is basically a syrupy mess. It's really just sticky and gross. Chocolate frosted, Boston Creme, I don't even know if they still do eclairs. I can make the coffee at home, but not the Donuts. But these are no longer the donuts me and the family use to enjoy!

They used to be good here. Now they're slow, rude and incompetent to make coffee. You're lucky if you get the one good guy here.

Horrible customer service at the Gardner, MA location. I went there 17 minutes before close, and the cashier had the store already closed up
