Bought a Subaru here late last year and forgot to review right away. The sale was easy, he was very clear about what he knew of the car's history, and in the time I've had it they've been very good and quick about replacing a couple parts that turned out to have manufacturer issues. Highly recommend.

Dave is an awesome guy. He’s very helpful. I was sold a 2014 Impreza a year ago. Unfortunately 2 months after I bought the car the transmission went on me. He offers a 90 day warranty on all his vehicles and he replaced the transmission without charging me. I don’t believe it was anyone’s fault, as CVT transmissions can be unreliable as it is and the car had 111,000 miles on it.

Don’t purchase a vehicle here, you are better off going to an actual brand dealership that also sells pre owned cars!!! Actual dealers put vehicles through service before selling on the lot so you know for sure nothing will be wrong!! Purchased a vehicle here and they lied about work that was done to the vehicle. Needed the engine replaced yet there was no work needed? Didn’t find out till I took it to the actual brand car dealership and they told me everything wrong and that there were zip ties holding things together and rats eaten through wires. (In places you can’t see) DO NOT BUY HERE YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY! Everyone else I know who has purchased from here has had car problems or needed to replace their vehicle due to problems being worth more than the vehicle itself. They get cars, do simple little fixes, clear the check engine light and put it on the lot to make money.

This amazing review is for Steff and the rest of the team that was there that day.
Exceptional service, got the car I wanted instead of the car dealerships nudge you into (there was no nudging)
Steff was running that office like a badass, so nice, so friendly and I had to pick up my kid by a certain time and she even made that happen.
They had a great selection of Subarus in my price range and I love the car. Will recommend a hundred times over!

I would give Negative 10 stars if this was an option. I was in a jam and needed a car quick last year... so first of all I WAY over paid for a 2011 Suburu Legacy ($8500 with 125k miles)...but two weeks after I bought it i sent Dave a text saying the check engine light came on. He literally sold it to me and just reset it so it would clear the light, knowing fully that this car needed DUAL cadeletic converters for the v6 engine it has, and the cheapest quote I've received was $2,931 to replace it, which I NEED to do in order to get an inspection sticker, so this car is now officially useless to me. I hope Dave's Automart goes under as a result of this review. I wish I had room for the text traiI when i sent him a text with the screen shot showing the engine and tps sensor lights being on...Basically he told me he didn't need a picture for proof of it being (because he knew this was going to happen when he sold it to me).
Dave gives used car shop repair and sales the bad name they have, which is unfortunate for the businesses out there that aren't crooks as Automart is. It should be illegal, what he did, but he found a loophole in the Massachusetts Lemon Law. Hopefully someone reads this before going near this disgusting shop.

About a year ago we purchased a car from Gardner Auto Mart for our daughter. Dave and Jason have taken exceptional care of our daughter ever since she drove off the lot. Any questions she had Jason answered them. When a problem arose with the car they stood behind it 100%. It's not often you find that kind of integrity in the auto business. I would definitely do business with Dave and Jason again.

This was our first time going through a used car dealership rather than buying junkers through private sales. Dave and his team were absolutely awesome! Very responsive to questions and informative with their answers. We found them to be a place of integrity that operates with respect, trust, and honesty, while remaining laid-back and kind! The whole process of obtaining our car was rather easy and we love our new car.
