“If every business was run like Assonet Mini Storage there would be no need for Yelp reviews. This is a first class business in every aspect. I've rented a unit here for many years and the staff is attentive to every detail. One time I had a friend going through a very rough time who needed to move her stuff like NOW. Since I already had an access code we rented a truck, found an empty unit and moved in after business hours. When I called to explain the situation and activity the next day, the staff could not have been more understanding or accommodating. A few days ago I emptied anything of value in anticipation of hiring someone to clean out the remaining junk. Because there was nothing of value in the unit I simply didn't put the padlock back on. Do you know they called me to tell me during their normal property check they noticed the lock was gone and asked if everything was ok. Imagine? I had no idea they were that "eyes and hands on" there. As I explained my intent to clear out the unit, the young lady on the phone could not have been pleasant or helpful. Yea, if you're in the area looking for some place to store items, look no further than Assonet Mini Storage. First class people running a first class operation.
