Mark is very knowledgeable and explains to you what is going on with your vehicle in detail. Prices are on target and I have never felt taken advantage of in anyway. He is quick to answer back and gets going on the work very fast. I highly recommend.

Totally disappointed. When I first talked to Mark I thought he was a straight up and honest guy but I soon learned he was not. I just got my car back today after six weeks of him holding onto it to put a transmission in which he said would be done in a week or so. When I asked him what the hold up was he kept making up excuses that it was Autoshield holding him up till I found out he never sent the paperwork in with the estimate even though he said he did and that he was waiting for them to approve the work order. I called Autosheild myself and they told me he had not set it in. They tried calling but he never returned their calls. At one point they tried to call him to see what the hold up was while I was on the other line and he did not answer and never returned their call. Mark was not doing anything and held this car up for a month and a half. Do know that AutoShield was great to work with and I do not blame them for any of this. They were very profession and did all they could do to work with me. I do not advise anyone to bring your car to him. This is no reflection on his two workers there as they were both very pleasant and respectful.

Had my timing belt and water pump replaced. Very knowledgeable and helped me out with overlooking the car and telling me what I should be considering next for repairs . Great guys, Wont bring my car anywhere else to be worked on !!
