I recently purchased a new Samsung I 24 cell phone at the Franklin store. Kelsey Kaye was so helpful in helping select a phone best suiting my needs. She answered all my questions, quickly set up the new phone & walked me through how to use the newest features. I highly recommend the Franklin store & ask for Kelsey.

Lynn at Russell Verizon is amazing. She was so helpful when my fiancée and I wanted to add her to my account. She found a great deal on not only her old iPhone but she found one for me also. When all was said and done we left with two new phones at almost no cost. She was not only helpful but very personable and we all had some fun conversation while she was setting up the new phones and stayed past store hours just to make sure everything was functional. Very enjoyable experience for us.

Bought our new phones here and was surprised how quickly things went. Maybe we picked the wrong Verizon stores previously but my girlfriend and I both left thinking "that was really fast“. Everyone involved was very helpful throughout the entire process. I'll definitely shop here again.

I tried getting a new phone at another Verizon store but was so frustrated I told the 2 workers that they stink and walked out. I went to the Franklin store not knowing what to expect but in less than 30 seconds I knew I was going to be OK. The young lady got me setup with a phone in no time. She is a genius. Just from listening to her assist another worker I could tell that she knows everything. I couldn't believe how much better she is than the another store. Thanks

Had a terrible experience switching from Comcast Mobile(not great coverage) to Verizon. We ported two phones over but had to do them at separate times due to the store not having one of the phones we wanted in stock (had to wait 2 extra weeks). The first phone had tons of issues as they screwed something up. My wife was left without her phone and I had to go back to the store to address the issue live. Then 2 weeks later we had issues with the second phone (Verizon blames comcast, BUT even after comcast did their part there were still issues.) The processes (even after comcast fixed their part) took me over 4 hrs both times. Even the manager Aneet was clearly frustrated with the people on the phone at Verizon support. After all of this they offered to give me a $220 credit on my account to make up for all my lost time. They said it was the most they could do. I said fine, BUT I was still going to reach out to corporate customer service to see if they would give me more to compensate for 8 HOURS of my time. I checked my bill the other day and had never received a credit. So i called the store last week and was told Aneet was out but that she would call me the next day. She never called so I had to call back again today. She then reached out to her DM (who had promised the $220 credit) and her DM would not call me directly and instead made Aneet call me back to tell me they changed their mind about giving me the credit since I was still contacting corporate. (So it's clear the $220 was only an offer If I didn't report the terrible experienced I received) The DM even went as far as to tell Aneet to tell me to take them to court ( I had never mentioned this). After seeing their 2.5 star rating and reading other reviews online here, it's clear I am not the only one who has been screwed by this franchisee and their people so at least I know I'm in good company. In all my time, I have never seen someone promise a credit for terrible experience to then change their mind because the complaint was still be addressed with corporate. Pretty shady Aneet, the unnamed DM and Russell Wireless.

Fabulous Service.Buying all new phones and upgrading service.I arrived 30 min prior to closing on the last day that Black Friday deals were offered.I was not expecting outrageous deals being offered, because internet queries to Verizon and other carriers were giving different and erratic results every time I checked. I think their servers were just overwhelmed I got different results from the same carrier if I checked in every 30 minutes.I figured I would just stop in the Verizon store for a quick visit , not expecting much. Boy , was I mistaken .... crazy deals... trade in on my phones that were double or triple what I had been quoted other places and on line.It being close to closing time I thought I would miss out on these newly discovered deals.Harneet stayed with me past closing and we got all the iPhones and tablets ordered .I returned a few days before Christmas on the agreed upon day and Harneet had everything all set for me.I can't emphasize enough how painless a process this was when compared to prior transactions I have had over the years at several other establishments.And to top it off Harneet is probably the most pleasant person I have had the pleasure of working with in any retail establishment, ever.Bottom line is I can strongly recommend the Russel Verizon Store in Franklin for your Verizon Wireless purchases.It's located between Stop and Shop and Chipotle . I believe it's the old Radio Shack location.

After 20 years, Transferred from ATT to Verizon to take advantage of great deals. In total we bought 2 phones, an iPad and 2 watches. Isaac was fantastic, knowledgeable and efficient, not pushy at all. He helped us get the maximum value possible, transferred all data and set up everything. He is the reason for 5 stars. No problems with anything.
