One of the only Post Offices around all of us in Franklin. Fast, Kind, Reliable people. Front Desk team 10/10 always. Special Shoutout to Lee (BEST carrier ever) and the kind young gentleman in the back dock who ALWAYS brightens our day! Our business and dozens of others I know rely on and appreciate this team!

Absolute worst customer service. It's like they're trying to NOT help you. Your very presence is a major inconvenience to the employees over there.
