I had a great experience today with Tamara. She was able to call the driver who just picked up my package so I could give her the corrected address. I was so relieved she called me to say the new shipping label was put on my package and it was on its way. She
was the best and needs to get a big raise!! I highly recommend this store!

The attention to detail and service at this location is top notch! Tamara went above and beyond helping me with some oversized packages that had to be custom built and was very communicative and open every step of the way during this process (while managing a store of employees at the same time). I will use this location as my new go to going forward

Almost five years ago I had a document notarized at this store. It was related to my elderly mother who lives in Ireland so not familiar legal language but it was taken care of at the time by one of the staff. Now five years later I received a letter from my mother’s lawyer saying they had subsequently found an error and needed a correction for the original ( I firmly don’t believe that this is an error of this UPS facility but rather an error on behalf of my mother’s lawyer) Even though so much time has passed when I called this store to see if there was anything they could do, and left a voicemail I received a call back immediately. They read over the affidavit sent to me via email, and notarized the form again, and after all that waived the fee as a gesture of goodwill. Each time I have come to this store for whatever reason they are always courteous, helpful and go above and beyond with customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone

The service I received today was horrendous!
They forced me to spend money for packaging for a simple Amazon return just because of their ignorance. They refused to take a clear plastic wrapped package which was how the item was sent to me. When I told the ignorant customer service representative that I could cancel and get a code instead he insisted that I spend $4.00 for packaging rather than give a code.
After all was completed, he finally “found “ the store owner who explained that I in fact could have came in with the item and a code and shipped it back that way.
That was what I would have done but he processed the return prior and I was charged for the packaging.
I lost the money, my time , and was so frustrated that I sat in my car to make sure I alerted others of their incompetence!!!!

the female at the desk was extremely rude to my wife. yelled at her and made her cry over a return package that was miss shipped from a vendor. we usually use the mendon store. we will continue to do business with mendon for this reason. very unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

I went in just to return a couple of amazon packages, and the men behind the counter were oddly rude about it. I watched them be rude to the woman in front of me in line too. I'll definitely be going somewhere else next time.

The service is always impeccable. Hayley is a great worker. I have also been helped by a woman with blue hair, but unfortunately I am not sure of her name. She's great too. Friendly and fast.
