Waiting at home all day to have package “signed for”. No one showed up and shows delivered. Been waiting a week already for my wigs to be shipped and now the package is missing. Absolutely pathetic.

Don’t use UPS specially if it becomes out of this shipping center the drivers don’t know how to deliver a package on a front porch! My package like any package should’ve been delivered today instead they decide to wanna drop it off at UPS drop off at a random gas station. Make me wait two more days to get it. Can you call UPS they can’t get a hold of this shipping center and there’s no way to get a hold of a driver. Never will I use UPS again FedEx is the way!
