Couldn’t find curtains for our master bedroom anywhere, AND I didn’t want 84 inches. I was able to order 63 inch, AND get to see a sample in person! Picked them up a couple of months ago and finally got to press them and get them
Onto the rods ( a lot on my plate lately!). Result? I LOVE them! So glad I found this shop. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

They always have what I need. The curtain consultants are excellent. They are well informed and offer multiple choices for curtain designs.

I went to find a valence for my kitchen today. when I walked in I was greeted by staff members that were very polite and respectful that I was interested in browsing. they were actually keeping track of me, because Ellie came up to double check that I was okay before working with another patron that came in later than me. when I was ready, Ellie was there to help and we went through options. they have the Benjamin Moore paint samples to help look at my color palette. i found my valence and everyone was so helpful. they have such amazing choice, both pre-made and custom. I will be back!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lot of options of good quality curtains. I left there with beautiful curtains, of which I would have never chose on my own. With the help of the saleswoman I now have a brand new look to my living room ??

Had ordered curtains just before Covid-19 closure...Moira was so awesome about giving me pro-active updates on the status and even delivered my order this week! Above and beyond customer service - prior to ordering was so helpful as well. I sent pictures via phone to get a consult on hanging level, style, color, etc. Love The Curtain Store Franklin.
