I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had purchasing a mattress at Simon's Furniture in Franklin. After reading (negative) reviews of the competing big chain mattress stores, I wanted to find a more personalized purchasing experience and I certainly did at Simon's. The sales staff (Mike and June) took the time to guide me and even had a training executive (Lisa) from Stearns & Foster/Sealy answer several of my detailed questions. But the one thing that stood out to me about the competency of Simons' sales staff was their patience and expertise. When I was torn between two different models, a salesperson (Mike) suggested laying quietly on each mattress for 15-20 minutes. That was the difference-maker. It took some time but after doing so, it was obvious which mattress suited me best. Mike also explained the various options for the box springs and adjustable bases. the model I bought was in stock and was delivered for free within a few days by an amazing team. They carried the mattress and base upstairs and offered to assemble everything. Then they removed the old mattress ($50 fee). If you're looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and visit the bedroom showroom at Simon's Furniture (it's in one of the two lower-level showrooms). The showroom has as many, if not more mattresses on the floor as any of the big chain stores. They have options at every price point too. I highly recommend Simon's for their outstanding customer care and range of products.

Simon's Furniture in Frankin, MA, is best for major appliances. I purchased a Kitchen Aid wall oven that was promptly delivered and was installed today by their outside vendor, Tri-State Appliances. From the sale to the installation, the process was seamless and professional. Not to mention, Simon's prices beat the Big Box stores. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the great staff at Simon’s. I have purchased mattresses and washer dryers in the past, and you can count on Simon's Furniture to come through for you.

I have bought appliances and Mattress from Simons always been happy.I recently purchased a GE Refrigerator what a mistake I purchased only 2 months ago when I contacted Simons asked to talk to the owner about the refrigerator I figured it's a small business he would respond but instead he puts the salesman on the phone pass the buck . The salesman Jack gets on the phone I said they have been out here 3 times already to fix this and still not fixed he continued to argue with me about how many times they came out . I am here with the documentation . I have also brought my mother here to buy Mattresses here along with sending other people here. They just want to sell you things and once it's out the door it's your problem . It is also very loud can hear it over the tv in the next room GE told me everyone is complaining.

I've been having the craziest emotional roller coaster experience this past 7 months with Simon's. Initially it was pleasant, Robert, our salesman, showed us different couches and we had a good conversation and left satisfied. He let us know that the couches were all backordered we might be looking at 5-6 months from there and we understood. But it went downhill. He said will call and update us, we called him around 4 months in to check in if the couch is in production and he said it was and we might see it the end of May. We were excited and I thanked him even told him that he made my day. 5th month came, no update, we called him and emailed him. He replied and said the coach is still in production and they cut fabric, so hopefully it will be here by the end of that months. 6th months came, still nothing and no update, we emailed him and he replied that the factory is short staffed because of the summer. But of course he has to give us that hope that the the coach may come right at the end of the 6th month. This is the 7th month, in fact , we're at the middle of the 7th month. We got a call, the couch will be here at the end of the 7th month. Right on the 31st of August. I am frustrated. The couch came and it looks great, the delivery was easy. I gave it a 3 star because though the communication wasn't great but at least the couch came perfectly.

Great furniture, but pricey. Even clearance items are expensive. Not the place you want to furnish a second home, but high quality furniture nonetheless. Low-pressure staff.

A great store to visit when looking for furniture. It's a lot bigger inside than it looks, and they have a very large selection. From previous visits I think that the furniture prices are a little high. This time I came to find a new microwave, but almost none of them were in stock. So I had to go elsewhere.

As always i had a great experience with Simon's. The salesperson, Robert, was very helpful and the transaction was smooth. He called when he said he would (when the stove came in and then a delivery date) and the day of delivery went off without a hitch. The plumber that works with them (Franklin Plumbing) was also very efficient in disconnecting my old gas stove and coming back right after delivery and hooking up the new one. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance or furniture.

I was looking for a refrigerator spent the weekend at different appliance stores to find over priced refrigerators that were back order and out of stock. I googled appliance stores near and came across Simons in Franklin. I made online apointment for 10 am and meet with June what a pleasure of a woman to deal with especially after the weekend i had at other appliances stores with sales people that had no clue . June was very pleasant and helpful. I walked out 45 minutes later with a free delivery date of my new frigerator . I will return to buy my washer and dryer and will definitely ask for June the very nice lady. Maria F.

I was truly hopeful after the 16 week wait(to be fair, we were warned due to covid) for my husband's very expensive chair, we would finally have a well made, supportive high quality piece. Alas, not the case! We received a leather chair with a rip in the right arm, albeit small, and after one evening of sitting, a seat and back which did not return to full firmness. A call to the store gave little comfort as we were referred to their repair person. Donna informed us the company, Bassett" would be consulted. After a week, still no response so we sent an email informing the condition of the chair continued to worsen, and we no longer wanted the chair. Finally, We received a call from Donna, not the owner of this "family business" informing us that was how the chair would be "as it is due to puddeling of the leather". On to the next issue, remove the chair and issue us a full refund, which they agreed to do. The chair has been removed, and as of today, one week after removal, still have not recieved a refund.I placed a call to Simon's today and left a voice mail for Donna. As of now, we still have not received a response. Very unhappy with this transaction overall. When a customer is willing to spend to get a good product and experience, that's what should happen. Not so in our case. I wouldn't refer a friend or recommend Simon's at this point. Very discouragedIn response to Jared Simon: sorry, I truly feel our experience deserves 1 star. We had to be the only advocate to try and resolve the issues with this $3200 chair. Once the chair was in our home there was no sense of urgency on Simon's part to come to an answer. At no time was there a discussion on alternatives other than "we'll try to find you something else. After waiting 16 weeks, no, not an option. Discounts, repairs, other offers were never mentioned, and all communication was precipitated on our part, only after making phone calls to your repair department. We never heard from anyone higher up, or our salesperson again. The tragedy in this whole experience is that you, as the owner, place the onus of a.ny issues back on the buyer. Re-read your words from buyer perspective. I noticed that is a trend which repeats itself in any review with negative outcomes.Sorry, but 1 star for our experience still holds. Very impressed with this place. Good quality furniture and different styles. I can tell it's a Family business and love to see the owner around the store checking on you. The Sales Lady was so nice and helpful with all our questions and setting with the right expectations for delivery due to covid. Great experience taking care of their customers with appointments and limiting the amount of people inside of the store. They make us feel safe with this environment.

We brought my Mom to Simons to buy a new recliner. Or salesman was Robert & he immediately made us feel comfortable & not pressured. Once Mom picked her recliner Robert wrote up the sale & set up a delivery date! Well the delivery date happened to be her birthday & she told him
