Don't get paint here, just go to Lowes or Home Depot. I ordered a custom paint(it was white) and I received a light tan or eggshell color and they wouldn't exchange. I shouldn't have wasted my time here

Sherwin Williams Paint Store in Franklin is my "go to" store for all my painting needs. The associates are very knowledgeable about their products and are always anxious to assist in any way. Will continue to use this store for all my projects.

Had gone in to purchase several cans of paint for a construction project. The location was out of stock for that current paint line and instead of telling me "oh well", an employee went to another Sherwin Williams location, picked up the cans I needed, mixed the paint, and called me to inform me when it was ready for pick up. All done before noon that next day.
Very impressed with customer service.
