I have never experienced a pharmacy staff so reluctant to simply do their jobs. Rude, inattentive, conducting themselves with suspicion toward customers. Moved my prescriptions here as they were cheaper than CVS, but this is not worth the money I’ve saved.

Great prices, they work with your insurance and good RX, prices are way better than Walgreens and CVS, awesome staff, very much appreciated pharmacist

This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased moldy/spoiled food from this shaws, I understand the issues with shipping and due to Covid, these were the mozzarella/meatball hot pockets. Buyer beware

They may have more limited hours than their biggest competitor, but you can always easily reach a real person when they are open, and not get spammed by robocalls with refill requests. The staff are really nice, and there is usually no wait. Sometimes they are out of stock on a more niche medication, but usually are able to get it in the next day or two. You also get a 10% grocery discount for a vaccination, which is good, considering the leading competitor marks up their prices more significantly to make up the difference.

Very good experiences with both the Pharmacy and the store. The staff were knowledgeable and kind both times I shopped there where I was visiting family and the selection was good also. I thought the pharmacy technician Bryan was especially nice!

I cannot rave enough about the delicious fruit tart that I purchased on Wednesday, it was too pretty to eat! but we did, and it was absolutely fabulous!! Fresh fruit beautifully arranged on a yummy custard atop of a flaky shortbread crust. Thank you to the bakery at the Shaws Franklin store, made our Christmas dessert devine, one of the best desserts ever!

Decent store. Would shop here more often if baggers were properly trained bagging with paper bags. An absolute disaster every time I shop here.

the paper bags suck. there are no handles, they are flimsy, small, rip easily. cant balance out the weight of the groceries in them. cant carry more than three at a time. Big Y at least has the bags with the handles. it cost like 10c but who cares abou tthat.

I will try everything I can to never go back to this place. Every time I do there is an issue with the cashiers or baggers. Also had an issue with an employee hovering over the shopping baskets and couldn't get one to carry my selections. But the cashiers are too involved with each other to acknowledge the customers. Too many are so self absorbed that they should not work with the public. Until the staff is trained properly on customer service, which I get, some people are not cut out to work, I will not go back.

The most strangest thing happened to me this morning the lady behind me in line bought my groceries at Shaw's because she overheard me say I work in nursing overnight. I was wearing my silly one of my silly hats this morning that my patience like. And had forgotten to take it off. My cashier was a girl I have seen three times already this week so she knew what I do and she asked how things were going at work and she was very friendly her name was Mackenzie. She is a cashier at the Shaw's in Franklin and she always seems to care about her customers and remember things about them. It was just amazing if we were talking in the lady's name Carol behind us overheard what we were talking about and she said Mackenzie I would like to buy her groceries for what she does. She said it isn't something I could do but I want to just say thank you. It made me cry because through all of this or even life itself people have never done this for me before I didn't really expect it it's just my job I like what I do everyday I like my residence my coworkers otherwise I would have done this job for 44 years of my life and I'm still going to do it for as long as I can. Thank you everyone we all have to do a little part to this to help everyone else as well as ourselves.

Shaw's has upped their game recently it really shows. The vegetables, fish and meats totally blow the dismal and dirty Stop and Shop away. Fresh, great prices and selection. I only go to Shaw's now. Great job Shaw's.
