Started out ok but went south fast. The owner is rude, not responsive, and acts like you are putting her out. Blinds were delivered late. The install was terrible, 2 of the shades are crooked. We had one break and when we brought it in to get repaired it was like we were putting her out. Again took way longer than she said to get fixed, and it came back missing pieces, that she was supposed to mail us but never did. Stay away! Plenty of other stores out there.

The shades are quite nice, they keep the cold air out in the winter and the hot sun out in the Summer.
